Bury St Edmunds Service Centre

The Bury St Edmunds office was established in 1990 to support the growing client base in the area, initially the clients were food processors, however over the years the Service Centre activities have expanded to cover the full range of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning applications in every commercial and industrial sector.

After a few years the Service Centre activities had outgrown the original premises and we moved to our current location which includes purpose built, workshop, stores and office facilities on a newly developed industrial site with quick and easy access to the A14.

Our experienced Manager Les Mitchell heads up Sales and Business development at Bury St Edmunds. Les brings to the company a wealth of knowledge and experience gained within the commercial refrigeration industry.

The day to day operation of the Service Centre is carried out by our service manager Bob Avery, who has been with the company since 1994. Bob initially worked with us as a service engineer before progressing into his current role, this experience has given him first hand knowledge of many customers sites and an in depth appreciation of hands on engineering issues.
