Ipswich Service Centre
The Ipswich office was established in 1998. This was to enable us to offer a more cost effective service to our growing number of customers which previously been provided by our Bury St Edmunds and Lowestoft offices. The Service Centre is ideally situated in Ipswich, close to the busy A14 / A12 road links to enable quick and easy access to Felixstowe, Stowmarket, Colchester and beyond.
Our
Ipswich Director Damian Nunn has
spent all of his professional life in the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration
and Electrical industry. Since joining Pitkin & Ruddock in 2001 Damian
has used his sales acumen and industry insight to good effect. Expansion
has been achieved by offering a prompt, enthusiastic and efficient response
and adding many high profile clients to the company.
The company engineering teams who work with Damian include experienced engineers that specialise in service, maintenance and installation. This balance of specific skills allows individual tasks to be carried out in the most efficient and cost effective way.
The first point of contact at our Ipswich office is our Service Administrator Adele Cracknell. Adele joined our Ipswich team in March 2007. Adele brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her, previously working in customer service and the service industry. Adele is always ready to deal with all your sales and service requirements promptly.
