Lowestoft and Norwich Service Centre

The Lowestoft office is the administration centre of the company, providing our full range of engineering services.

As well as an extensive office facility to support the administration centre, we have a fully equipped workshop to enable specialist fabrication of bespoke equipment such as machinery skids and fully integrated packages like blast freezers / chillers and process coolers.

Comprehensive stores provide parts back up to complement the stock held on each service vehicle.

By holding a large variety of parts in our own stock we can minimise the repair times of equipment and therefore business disruption to our customers.

The Service Centre is run by our experienced manager Andrew Reeve. He has been in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry all his working life and brings to the Lowestoft Service Centre a wealth of experience and knowledge. These skills have enabled the Service Centre to expand into the Norwich area in the recent past. He is a member of the Institute of Refrigeration and represents the company at local HVCA meetings. He previously worked as Contracts Manager and has taken over the Lowestoft Service Centre to provide more focus for this important area.

Day to day service and maintenance responsibilities are taken care of by our service manager Colin Manning, who has been in the ‘hot seat’ for over ten years.

Prior to joining Pitkin & Ruddock, Colin had worked with both service and manufacturing companies within the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry.

Colin controls a team of eight engineering staff with specialist skills in service, maintenance and installation.
