Using the standard Service Centre contact number, engineers can be called upon 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
The standard basis for service work charges is time and materials, no call out or mileage charges apply, you will only pay for the engineers time expended on your repair, this is made up of the time on site and associated travel time.
Custom formats and maximum response times can be agreed to suit large users and individual requirements.
When things go wrong everyone wants problems resolved as quickly as possible and in the most cost effective way. To this end the specialist engineers who work in our service departments are fully trained and carry an extensive range of service equipment and spare parts in their vehicles.
We aim to repair broken down equipment during the first service visit, therefore reducing any business disruption for our customers.
Following each service visit our engineers will complete a fully detailed work report indicating what has been done, what parts have been used and any further work / parts required, a copy of the report is then left on site as a quick reference for the customer.
